How it works
Install once, then just browse flats the way you already do.
- 1
Open a flat in Prague
Any flat for rent or sale on Sreality, Bezrealitky, iDNES and other supported sites.
- 2
The cat box appears
After a few seconds it shows up in the bottom-right corner with the most similar flats it found.
- 3
Compare and click
Click a flat to open it on its own site. Click the cat icon in Chrome's toolbar to change your filters.
Everything you need to compare, in one small box
The 3 most similar flats, right away
Same layout (e.g. 2+kk), same neighbourhood or district, similar size and price. Scroll or click “Show more” for the rest.
Price difference at a glance
Blue means cheaper than the listing you're viewing, red means more expensive.
One flat, many sites – shown once
Agencies often post the same flat in many places. You see where else it's listed – and if one has no agency commission, you can save a month's rent or more.
“No commission” and “furnished” badges
Plus monthly fees wherever the listing shows them.
Your own filters
Set a rent range, a purchase price range, or show furnished flats only.
Don't speak Czech? No problem
Works with Chrome's page translation, so it's easy to use even if you're new to the city.
Works on the big Czech listing sites
The cat box appears on flat listings on:
- Sreality
- Bezrealitky

Private by design
Reality Scanner CZ runs entirely in your own browser.
Free, no account, no tracking
No sign-up, no ads, no analytics inside the extension.
Your data stays with you
It reads other sites' search results only when you open a listing, and never sends your data anywhere.
Only your filters are stored
The only thing it saves is your filter settings.
Listings stay where they are
Listings and photos stay on their original sites – the extension only links to them.

Made in Prague, for Prague
Reality Scanner CZ is built for the community by a Japanese engineer and Charles University graduate who experienced first-hand how opaque flat hunting in Prague can be.
It's for anyone looking for a flat in Prague – whether you're Czech or new to the city.
